Rental availability changes quickly. A listing shown here should not be treated as a guarantee that the property is still available, that the price or lease terms are unchanged, or that any particular condition of occupancy applies. Certain property information on this website is supplied through MLS/IDX from CRMLS. That information is provided by the source and is refreshed periodically, so the display reflects the most recent update shown on the page rather than a live feed.

This information is for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.

The South OC Rentals text-messaging program is operated by Jacob Lawlor under the South OC Rentals service. It is a conversational program for people who choose to start a conversation — not an unsolicited marketing campaign. Messages may relate to:

• Rental-search information you asked for.
• Follow-up you requested.
• Coordinating a conversation or a showing you requested.

Opting in. You may start the program by using the text-message option shown with a rental listing, or by texting RENTAL to (949) 593-3847 from your own device. You may be asked to complete an additional confirmation step as part of the messaging enrollment process.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Where South OC Rentals presents an educational cost comparison — including any rent versus buy model — the results are illustrative and assumption-based. They are not a prediction, not individualized financial advice, and not a recommendation either to rent or to buy. The model stays neutral between the two.

Results depend entirely on the assumptions used, such as rent, rent growth, purchase price, down payment, mortgage rate, property taxes, HOA dues, insurance, maintenance, appreciation, transaction costs, and assumed investment returns. No modeled return, appreciation rate, or market assumption is guaranteed.

Where a calculator shows a starting mortgage rate, that figure is the weekly national average 30-year fixed rate from the Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS), retrieved through the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis FRED® API. It is a national weekly average, not a rate quote, not a rate available to any particular borrower, and not specific to South Orange County. Rates vary by borrower, loan type, loan size, property and lender.
